This Black Lava Salt is an Icelandic geo thermal salt from the Icelandic Westfjords. It has a crisp texture, a clean and mild flavour and a good aftertaste. The black colour comes from activated charcoal, resembling Icelandic black lava. The salt is dried using an enviromentally friendly geothermal energy process.
