The Spade from Endeavour is fantastic for turning flat pieces of fish or meat on the frying pan. It is made of bamboo, so it does not scratch the coating on the pan!

The Spade is made of bamboo. Bamboo is an amazing material, fast growing, remarkably lighter then the common ”harder woods” while it is at least as durable. The bamboo is grown in the eastern Chinese province of Zhejiang. When the bamboo is cut down, it is transported to downtown Anji, where it is processed to make these wonderful bamboo palettes.
